Helmi Bin Sa'ari PMP

Director, Technical

Holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree (Honors) in Civil from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) in 2001. Vast experience for 23 years in Construction from initial start as Project Engineer to Technical Director Level. Extensive experience towards working in Local (Malaysia) and International Projects (including Qatar, Bahrain & Libya). Experience in working for various public listed company since year 2001 with various kind of projects such as Industrial Buildings, Warehouses, Commercial Building, Shopping malls and Residential. Core competency in Project Technical Solution & Evaluation, Strategic Planning, Value Engineering and QA/QC (Quality Assurance & Quality Control). Global Credential for Certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) with Project Management Institute (PMI), Pennsylvania, United States of America since November 2020.

Muhammad Shahrizan Bin Abdul Malik PMP

Director, Planning

Holds an Executive Diploma in Project Management Constructions from UTM JV CIOB & CIDB in Year 2017. Holds a Professional Certificate in Civil Engineering from Polytechnic Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah (Shah Alam) in Year 2004. Vast experience in Construction with over 19 Years in Constructions Industry related field. Career started from Supervision level to Operation Director Position Level. Exposure related from Local (Malaysian) and International Client (Middle-East, USA and ASIA). Core competency in Project Execution, Problem Solving Solution & Evaluation, Project Construction Planning, Value Engineering and QA/QC (Quality Assurance & Quality Control). Global Credential for Certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) with Project Management Institute (PMI), Pennsylvania, United States of America since December 2020.
